No general solicitation interfaces.
506(b) tools never expose a public "invest now" CTA. 506(c) tools gate behind accreditation verification. Compliance is the first design constraint, not the last.
ii.
No dark patterns.
No urgency timers. No fake scarcity. No pre-checked boxes. No "limited slots left" copy. Family offices and HNW investors disconnect the moment they see it. So do we.
iii.
No projected returns without disclosure.
Every yield, IRR, or distribution figure carries the appropriate SEC safe harbor language and past-performance disclaimer. Even on free tools.
iv.
No data harvesting.
Tools tagged Instant run entirely in your browser. Tools tagged AI process your input through a hosted gateway, then discard it. We do not sell, reuse, or train on user inputs.
